Meet Dr. Hogan
As the mom of 3 boys, Dr. M’liss Hogan offers the unique perspective of a woman and mother to her plastic surgery patients. A native of New Orleans, Dr. Hogan is a board-certified plastic surgeon who joined our Baton Rouge-based plastic surgery practice in 2021 after operating a solo practice for 6 years. She specializes in body contouring procedures and cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery and sees patients at our Hammond, Slidell, and Covington, Louisiana, locations.

Education & Training
Dr. Hogan earned her medical degree at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology from LSU. Following med school, she completed a general surgery residency at LSU Health Sciences Center. Dr. Hogan then completed a 3-year residency focused exclusively on plastic and reconstructive surgery.
During her plastic surgery training, Dr. Hogan was involved in research and co-authored several publications and book chapters involving plastic surgery.

Get To Know Dr. Hogan
Outside the operating room, Dr. Hogan devotes much of her time to her family. Following LSU sports is a passion shared by all her family, and they attend as many games as possible. She also lives a healthy lifestyle that includes regularly working out.
