A Lafayette native, Dr. Bennett Fontenot is a double board-certified plastic surgeon who has been in clinical practice in Louisiana since 2015. He specializes in a wide range of aesthetic face, breast, and body procedures, including complex breast and full-body reconstruction, at our Lafayette, Louisiana, location. Dr. Fontenot strives to provide a positive aesthetic journey for patients by offering expert guidance, thoroughly answering their questions, and delivering optimal outcomes using the most advanced surgical techniques.

Dr. Fontenot earned his medical degree at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans after obtaining his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from LSU in Baton Rouge. He completed a general surgery residency at the Medical University of South Carolina and a plastic and reconstructive fellowship at the University of Texas in Houston. During his fellowship rotations at MD Anderson Cancer Center, he also trained in advanced DIEP flap microsurgical breast reconstruction techniques.

I went to Dr. Fontenot to remove my implants that were done 15 years ago by another doctor. I was just ready to take them out. I also did a breast lift. I am very satisfied with how the procedure and surgery came out. Dr. Fontenot and his staff are very attentive, polite, engaged, and everything that you would expect when having a surgery done. From each visit before , until post visits as well. Their Surgery Center team is as the best also.

Dr. Fontenot performed a breast reduction for me. I am forever grateful for the boost of self confidence my new look has given me. Dr Fontenot and his staff were Amazing and informative throughout my pre and post op Breast lift with implant. If I could recommend more stars I would definitely say 10/10!! I live 1 1/2 hours away and would even drive further for the thoughtful care and consideration his practice has given me! I wanted a new me and he has given me my confidence back. I will recommend him to anyone who is interested in his services! Hopefully he will be practicing in Lake Charles soon!!!

Weiler Plastic Sugery Dr. Bennett Fontenot and staff are simply the best hands down. They had me at hello. When you are considering surgery you look for certain things to be a plus. The staff is always friendly and warm. The office is immaculate and warm.
