What To Know Before You Go
The injector applies a topical numbing medication to the treatment areas about 20 minutes before beginning the injections, ensuring you remain comfortable during the procedure.
Our highly skilled injectors perform treatments with precision and efficiency, carefully making the injections. Most treatment sessions are over in a matter of minutes once the procedure begins. Depending on the injectable used, the provider may gently massage the treated areas and apply an ice pack to minimize swelling before you leave.
Even though you won’t need any downtime, we recommend skipping the gym after your appointment. Avoiding alcohol is also a good idea. You can continue to apply ice intermittently to reduce bruising and swelling. You may use over-the-counter pain medication if you experience discomfort.
