If you’re looking for both volume and wrinkle smoothing products, then Radiesse or Sculptra may be the perfect choice for you. The formula encourages the body to produce its own collagen, even after the gel has been metabolized by the body. When administered by a medical professional, Radiesse can provide results and stimulate natural collagen production for over a year. In addition, the injection is painless and simple so that you have no downtime and are provided with prompt results.
Instead of using HA (like JUVÉDERM and Restylane) to hydrate and add volume under the skin, Sculptra uses poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) to initiate collagen induction within the deep layers of the skin. Sculptra is sometimes called a volumizer instead of a filler because it adds volume to sunken areas of the face.

Sculptra results take some patience. This product is mixed with sterile saline before injection. You may notice an immediate difference in your treated concerns that goes away in 2 to 3 days as the saline is absorbed. Most patients need a series of 2 to 3 sessions, each spaced about 6 weeks apart, to attain their desired results. Final results develop gradually in about 6 months as new collagen forms.
Results typically last at least 2 years.
